Extreme Makeover: BizX Edition Part 3
Monday was the Grand Opening of Crossroads Bar & Grill in Bellevue. The newest edition of the Neighborhood Grills restaurant group was built using barter financing. Crossroads Bar & Grill took out a line of credit from BizXchange that enabled them to purchase the goods and services they needed to build the new location. The painting, granite, electrical work, connectivity, aquarium and signage were all done using barter. Rather than paying cash for these products, Crossroads will now accept BizX trade dollars as a form of payment at the restaurant. And they will essentially pay back their line of credit for the new location in the form of food from the restaurant. Now that the restaurant is open, BizXchange will also act as an avenue for marketing by promoting the restaurant to its members, so it can generate the additional sales it needs to pay back the credit line.
Geoffrey Allen is responsible for all the designing and building of the Neighborhood Grills restaurants. He hired the appropriate contractors, including BizX Members to build the restaurant. Here he is with the aquarium that was installed by BizX Member, Aquarium Concepts.
Before and After of the restrooms. The granite was purchased from and installed by Priceless Granite. And below are a couple pictures of the new bar and dining room. Make sure to check out Crossroads Bar & Grill, the first Eastside edition to the Neighborhood Grills group.
