Dentist Uses Barter for Business Growth
In the following video, Vicki Fidler, DDS, owner of Fidler on the Tooth in Seattle, discusses how she has used barter to grow her business. She has been a BizX member since 2002 and has enjoyed the variety of businesses available in the network. Many of Vicki’s patients are employees of the trade exchange’s members. Vicki states that although dental insurance can be cost prohibitive for many companies, having a a dentist that can be paid for with barter allows companies to offer their employees the benefit of dental care.
She has also found that purchasing advertising with barter has helped grow her company. She has been able to take advantage of advertising that she wouldn’t have used without barter, either because she didn’t know of the opportunities provided or have the cash budget to pay for ads.
